Funnt commercial, but actually the Dutch aren't 'scrooges' at all. In the USA everything with the prefix 'Dutch' has a negative connation. This was invented by the British in the 18th century that wanted to make the Dutch look bad in american eyes because the Dutch were pretty popular with the americans in the NY / Boston area because of our 'orientation on trade, capitalism and freedom whereas the British esp. wanted to enlarge their 'empire'.
