lol, it says in the name, (PhotoShop), but if you want specifics I might be able to guess, it 'looks like photoshop elements (it doesn't look like a CS4-extended, so I think it's elements)

You have shaky hands when your doing line work. Try faster strokes and it'll look more professorial.

But you have a very creative way of coloring I never thought of doing that! the greyish color is a great contrast to the hair. It adds more excitment to the drawling! :D
