  • One thing that really scares me is Santorum's utter contempt for any sort of rational thought. I mean, here is a guy running for the highest office in the land and he thinks the earth is 6000 years old...I'm at a total loss.

  • Yeah. Fuckin get used to it. If you take seriously, let alone believe literally the collection of primitive, iron age, barbarous, desert nonsense known as the Bible with its support of slavery and genocide and the stoning to death of unchaste brides and disrespectful children, "bigot" seems like an almost charitable description of you.

  • Psalm 104:5 posits the Earth as immovable, set on foundations by God. This is one of many verses in the fictional Bible that are disproven by science. Science is the way forward, and only leaders who respect and understand it should ever be considered for elected office. The other route is right back to the Dark Ages.

  • The proper terminology is an professional organization that studies data by a process of "peer review". Not a group of people who form an organization to prove they agree with other people who agree. This is a totally flippant remark showing ignorance of logic and science; while concurrently holding the Catholic organization up as the better solution. The Catholic church ... isn't that the same organization that tortured scientists for saying the Earth is round?

  • If thou shall say bigout that many time. One is a Bigout.

  • @ItDoesExist Rick you deserve more votes then the other two. However if you believe war will solve the solution you are a fool..... Ask I would solve this and I would help.

  • It's 2012 and this intolerable theocrat is running for the highest office in the land?..Rick, there are no moral police here or an American Taliban...There is no such thing as Christian Sharia Law...If I could I would send you back to the middle of the 16th century and the inquisition...where you and yours belong.

  • @mitzjob Here here! Word to the wise though "Sharia law" is redundant and it makes you sound ignorant when you say it. Just a friendly heads up. Sharia just means "the law."

  • Would it be so hard to let the woman talk? He called timeout just to repeat himself. Clearly he was just trying to stop her from showing good logic.

  • The bible is bigoted. It upholds the idea of slavery even.

  • THANK YOU! i watched his SC statement and was scared! if you dont believe in his values you're in trouble. if he has any say in our legislation we are headed for a religious state. persicution if you dont abide with what he believes.

  • His first statement is a politician favorite with logical fallacies. Argumentum ad antiquitatem, essentially, it's always been this way and thus is the reason it should remain.

  • Rick Santorum is hardly qaulified to be the president of an Elks club! GOD says it's not our place to judge, rahter Love the person for who they are and your example might inspire the person to chenge to be more like you ... if not, you did GOD's will by loving the person who differs from your beliefs!

  • American citizens need to realize religion destroys government and society. Rich Santorum is an idiot and science denier.

  • This facist is a bigot.

  • Rick Scrotum is the Christian Taliban

  • Yes the Bible isn't full of bigoted people...... everything everyone has done in the name of the Bible was just selling candy and dancing around.

  • That was 2000 years of "heretics" (anybody who doesn't pay the pope) being SLAUGHTERED, lol. What exactly was the "philosophy" in that--- the inquisitions, the witch burnings, the theft of wealthy people's belongings who didn't agree to just fork it over to the Vatican, the infiltration of good government like in u.s. After 2000 years, pope got a really nice house (20,000 rooms) and cute red shoes and some nice vacation homes. Was it worth the millions killed???

  • ron paul people FUCK!!!

  • @DEBO82420 To quote Frothy Santorum: "Amen"

  • Had to watch it again. Is he trying to prove the pope is the anti-christ? What "faith"--- the contradiction of bombing countless countries and destroying their families while acting "moral" b/c he's "against abortion?" or takes up the TOTAL NON-issue (really) of homosexuality (it's 4 freaking percent of the population, lol). A decent person would address WHY so much airtime has made non-issues the only issue, and WHY? The way he talks--- would never even let him in my home, what an ass

  • I can't stand either of them. One of them is a loud mouth neo-con idiot, the other is a whiney dyke liberal. Screw both of them.

  • What a fucking asshole. If a bunch of doctors and psycholgists RESEARCH FACTS and come to CONCLUSIONS BASED ON FACTS, that is what we call proof. What criteria does he use for why his beliefs are facts? A book no one can really PROVE the TRUE roots of? Fuck this guy, don't let him speak in public, please.

  • @johnlichtenberg Why are catholics so bossy, loud, crass, and so on??? And american? His dad is from Italy, and his father is a SHRINK, probably why he is going on about shrinks. This "tone" is so wrong for the U.S., imo. Looks like his supporters in the room are overseas. A girl tries to talk, he just talks over her.

  • Good thing this loon has absolutely NO chance of winning.

  • @wowpapa It's very unfortunate that three weeks can create so much contrast...

  • go santuram!!!!

  • Why is he assuming all orgaizations that he is critical of out to attack his ideology. His dumbass ideas aren't proof of anything either.

  • Jesus, save me from your followers.

  • That lady kicked his skinny arse all over that room : )

  • @Redshift21 were you even watching the same video???? the ignorant rude ass woman was shot down by rick, just becase a group of certain people say something doesnt make it a fact. otherwise all republicans would be right or all democratics would be right, dont be stupid please.

  • @cajun00ninja1 Did you notice that he started calling her "lawyer" in a derogatory manner because he knew he was losing the argument, I still hold that she gave him a bloody nose, and since when did it become rude to point out to someone that their not telling the whole story and that there are SCIENTIFIC studies that completely contradict the message their pushing, I'll take science over a 2000 year old book any day, also where did I say that any one party had ALL the answers in my first post?

  • @cajun00ninja1 the woman was not "ignorant" she was INFORMED with DATA from RESEARCH. She was merely telling him that what he was saying was wrong. It is a disservice to anyone who thinks they know something not to tell them that they are wrong. There was nothing rude about what she was saying. How could someone not interrupt this guy? He can spout his opinion all he likes, but to state things that are wrong as fact is not ok.

  • @johnlichtenberg Could you imagine having him near American foreign policy? Catholics & South europeans are often just top-down, hierarchical, have to be "right v wrong," reductive, black & white. Look at how he then invoke APA (totally corrupt and drugging kids--just b/c his daddy's involved/ also incompatible w/ real christiantiy). A very immature man. He's yelling commonplace things any idiot knows, and how he calls her "lawyer, then starts saying "time out" like she's a baby. wow!

  • @cajun00ninja1 The person was reacting to how this jerk handled himself. He was rude, stupid, incapable of any diplomacy, bossy, ignorant, resorted to name calling, "lawyer," then "time out," and other childish things. That this person is in any way representing "America" is why many generational Americans talk about leaving. He's very "streety." It's embarrassing to be in country with a politician like this.

  • yes rick, you are a bigot because you believe what the bible says about homosexuality... just like you are a bigot when you believe what the great work of fiction says about other religions and non believers, and women too... we forget that most "christians" dont actually live by the bible, cuz if they did, they'd all be selling thier daughters for sheep and mir, women would never be allowed to speak in church and stoning would be the norm. stfu

  • @mfrank165 You are so fucking stupid...christianity does NOT believe in stoning women or selling daughters for anything, if you have ever read the bible you would have read that Jesus kept the jews from stoning a prostitute by saying " He who is without sin cast the first stone!" what you are talking about is the old testament, Jesus changed all of that.

  • @cajun00ninja1 funny

  • homosexuality is a disease and beneath human dignity. it is a repulsive act of pure lust with something that can never be sexuality compatible or exhibit conjugal unity. no different than beastiality.

  • note, I would love anyone here to say any of this to a muslim. the difference is, theyll get violent back.

  • Santorum is right! The fascists are un the gay movement. They want to thought police your ideas of teh purpose of sexuality. If you believe that sex was created for procreational purposes alone, they will literally get violent with you and call for your death. Say you like sodomy! Say it! Or I will attack you! Male on male! it's normal! say it! Or I'll call you a bigot! it's a good thing they can't breed. unfortunately, some of them teach the children of those who can.

  • Rick, the Bible never actually says "homosexuality" or "gay." There are a few texts that homophobes love to quote, but the Bible is written in such a way that you can read almost anything you want into any verse. Thousands of different sects of Christianity? I've heard trinitarians and non-trinitarians use the same verses to both prove and disprove the trinity!

  • I cant believe this frothy mix of lube and feces honestly thinks he has a chance of being president

  • @craigore2011 Relax, he has no chance! Panic, Rick Perry does!

  • What a dipshit, ugh.

  • Sorry to break it to ya, Rick, but two thousand years of it always HAS been bigoted.

  • Wow. Doesn't Rick realize that his lawyer tricks aren't working on that gal? "APA always agrees with itself" is basically what his statement boils down to. x.x Yeah. Same with the GOP. Dumbass.

  • "It will destroy faith in America."

    ...one can hope.
