that'd make it completely impractical, you'd be restrained to smooth surfaces to ride that thing; any kind of obstacle would interrupt the trip, and I wouldn't like to go down a hill with those teenie tiny little wheels and hit a bump in the ground... the front wheel in a bycicle is big for a reason.
