Mouhammed Kandil's diction and pronunciation is so fitting. After all Kismet is supposed to be Arab. Clear tenor. Wonderful, except for the bad direction.

Good actors, bad directing. The music should flow through the actor, begging her love, he should be on his knees, arms outstretched, etc. This could have been so much more expressive and less static.
Director failure, big time.
