@drummerboy5192. I still fly on the P-3 and i agree its a was wonderful aircraft but with all the issues its had over the last few years I think its time for a change. If for anything else for safety reasons. Plus the systems are much better.

@bbwalker665 1) Logic. I possess it, unlike most people claiming this aircraft is God's gift to aviation. 2) Around 2000 hours tactically, 850ish of those being combat time. Anything else?

Nope nothing else but since between you and me i'm the only one with seat time on P-3 and P-8 tactical systems how about we leave the "Logic" as you put it to the experts. Also for the record no one I work with thinks this aircraft is gods gift to avation. Just a quality replacement to a very out dated aircraft.

Nice video ... but maybe Boeing should have remembered that the lead export customer for the P-8 is the Indian Navy, which is also a major operator of the Kilo class submarines. The image of a P-8 killing a friendly sub is definitely not a good one for a sales pitch :P
