@zhumo3357 Thanks Zhumo - My friend is braver than me - the day was much too wintry for swimming - but without me he would have had no video footage - so it life there is a place for the weak and the strong!

@likklefairy Thanks. It was really a huge surprise. We had cycled the previous day from Leenane, and were tired. Even though it was wet and windy - my friend could not resist going for a swim. It was the first time I had seen dolphins in Ireland.

@deuglano Thanks for the spelling update. My ears interpreted the friendly local sounds incorrectly. But I can say I was happy I kem to keem beach, and would be keen to do so again:)

wow!! i always go to achill on my hols but i dont like to go tothat beach cos i dont like the journey there but i mite hae to start but ive swam with a baby seal in achil so there!! lol jks

@speedysnail2 Swimming with a baby seal would be cool. Check out Keem 0 hope the weather will be better than when you were there. Have you cycled on the Newport-Mulranny Cycleway? Best cycling facility in Ireland.
