I attended the funeral service yesterday of a longtime friend...a commercial fisherman who grew up living on the North Arm of the Fraser River and spent much of his life on the ocean. This song was played with his slide show. Could not have been more appropriately chosen by his family...wife of 36 yrs...his daughter and son. Fish on Forever Don!!!

This song brings tears to my eyes. It's a song my father had introduced me to years ago. I would not be lying if I said this is the first time in 10 years that I've heard it. I've never forgotten it and I probably never will. Amazing how many memories can hold itself to a lyric or tunes. Simply brilliant.
