  • I have to lol every time I hear the nonsense about a "perfect parabolic trajectory" kicked up by the tires in the "dust", and that it proves it was filmed on the moon (in a vacuum).

Who says the surface of the moon is dust, and not sand, or some other material?

Oh, right! The same hoaxters who claim they went there. Derp! :D

  • @nameofthepen Whether it is sand or dust doesn't make a fucking difference.

    You, sir, are a moron.

  • @BackInTheCage -Thank you for your reply.

The level of erudition you displayed was exceeded only by that of your charm and wit. (end sarcasm)

  • I've been to the moon. I've touched the sky and the dust, stared out at the universe and thought of how insignificant all our little debates are back on Earth. So yeah. I think we went there.

  • ok listen up dumb asses i cant explain everything but lets think of this... people died trying to get to the moon and for you idiots calling this stuff fake i think thats pretty disrespectfall

  • People still fall for this Moon Walk bullshit? How funny! Imagine the logic of taking a large lunar rover yet not taking a basic telescope or camera that can take pictures of the stars. ROFLMAO! Only complete idiots fall for the Moon Walk Hoax. All done under 1 criminal President, Nixon. roflmao!

Today these pathetic Astronauts can only go 500 Miles up, which is 1/5 of 1% the distance to the Moon. LOL! Yet idiots think in 1969 these fools traveled 250,000 miles 1 way. ROFLMAO!

  • @parasitesarefunny You know all I have to do is look at where we landed on the moon through a moderately powerful telescope to prove you wrong.

  • @parasitesarefunny Conspiracy theories are useful because they provide an opportunity to investigate and verify past events. Problem is they also attract low IQ nutters who 'decide' in advance that the theory is true then turn into fanatics frantically searching for scraps of supportive evidence. There were 200,000 people directly and indirectly involved in these Apollo missions. Of course they were all paid hush money to keep quiet and amazingly not one of them has chosen to leak the truth. WOW

  • @paulpoulter

Conspiracies run the World my dear fool. Judges & cops deal with low level conspiracies every single day. Sounds like you are one of those low IQ people that does not even know the meanings of the words you speak.

9/11 was also a Conspiracy. Some dupes & idiots think "Muslims" CONSPIRED to do 9/11 when it was actually done by Israel & Zionist Traitors.

The Moon Walk is pathetic 1970's special effects Go look at the hilarious special effects. Childish today.

  • @parasitesarefunny Well I mentioned 200,000 people directly and indirectly involved because I was one of them. Off course you wouldn't want to take this into account because it conflicts with what you have already 'decided' to believe. Not all conspiracy theories are without merit but I'm afraid this one is nonsense but hey please carry on - it provides endless entertainment. PS Jodrell Bank independently tracked the Apollo missions as did the USSR tracking stations in Kazakhstan.

  • @parasitesarefunny Don't you mean conspiracies run YOUR world?

  • just like on earth, not on moon, obvious

  • @pt1gard

This footage has been around for 40 years and NOT ONE EXPERT that has studied it has ever said "just like on earth, not moon". Only you and other hoax retards. You are living in a closed loop of insanity.

  • @Blahblobify ... not true percy and others crushed it for 4 hours in a doc and tons of others like bill cooper etc, who were not paid off by NASA .... its ok, shill, push your purblind agenda, not looking to convince u anyway, just open minded none brainwashed

  • @pt1gard

    PERCY ?

LOLOLOL Percy is a complete charlatan/liar nothing he says is true, he's been debunked countless times.

    Percy. Jebus you are retarded.

  • @Blahblobify ... same thing all you shills say, denigrate a great mind ... how was he debunked, prove it .... yet you genuflect to men such as the overmatched phil plait who is the president of a child molester's foundation .... are you down with what sandusky is up to, or the franklin coverup??? ... look in your own house, shill ... you make me laugh ... percy has dozens of points proving the moon videos and pics were faked .... next shill step right up and be owned :)

  • @Blahblobify ... folks look on this guy's profile, he's 62 and coming onto 10 y-o's profiles and tormenting them, can you say SANDUSKY??? ... perv, move along, you cant deny what I just wrote was true ... defend your corrupt NASA and stalk like the god apollo and other pedophiles in your saturnic club does, maybe call mike aquino and compare notes... get lost, creep

  • Somebody actually got to do that....just imagine! Somebody actually gets to say to their grandchildren: "You know kid, there was a time when grandpa was drivin' around on the moon. No no, i'm serious!". Now, that's inspiring beyond belief!

  • I think they've got a lighting problem on that shot.

  • It's refreshing to see that over the years the top comments have changed from hoaxtard absurdities to sensible logic and facts.

  • FUN!

  • fake

  • Can someone explain to me why a 195lb man and all of his equipment can almost float when he jumps up and down on the moon, but the moon sand seems to fall just like it would on earth.

  • No Orv sticker OR a Highly visible dune flag!!!! this would be unacceptable by todays safety standards which is why we don't go to da moon anymore

  • Can we see the Lunar Rover from Earth? ...Since the LR is still on the moon, shouldn't our telescopes on Earth be able to see it?

  • @Born2Flesh Our telescopes don't have a high enough resolution.

  • @Born2Flesh Reasonable thought process. I would like to see it; have a satellite orbit the moon and locate it. Of course, why would they waste their money if they know it is true....

  • @Born2Flesh a japanese probe spotted it indeed

  • Well, that proves the USA did go to the moon. It's been confirmed! :D

  • @Born2Flesh No. But Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter just dropped down to 25 km and can see the landing sites in high resolution. Boot tracks, Lunar Rover tracks, Lunar Module, and different experimental equipment. Hope that helps.

  • Fake, I don't see any registration tag on the back of the rover.

  • One look at the dust kicked up by the rover and I have to laugh at all the conspiracy theorists. Watch how it follows a perfect parabolic trajectory. That does not happen in the presence of atmosphere. Try driving in the desert, even on a still day, and try replicating the effect. It requires a vacuum. Please do provide evidence of period technology that could create a warehouse sized vacuum chamber. Or modern tech even.

  • @drumajor22621 @CardShark989 how the fuck do you know? you got proof? where you there? we are TOLD that we left things there TOLD we landed, hard to believe what you are TOLD when you are constantly lied to.

  • How come on these newer space missions don't they bring them back to Earth?

  • listen, you get the exact same effect when driving a rover on the beach sand especially wet sand, so dont tell me bout no parabolic my ass

  • @azraelblame Listen, wet sand clumps. Does that 'sand' look wet to you ? It's a textbook perfect example of exactly how dust should react in a low gravity vacuum. And if you believe they had a hangar-sized studio in 1969 that they could just switch to low-gravity when required, well they don't even have that technology now, otherwise they'd use to to train astronauts. Go to school and study some science and don't believe every piece of garbage you read on the internet.

  • @cameraguy38 , how would you know that's exactly how dust reacts in a vacuum if you hadn't tried it here on earth, in a vacuum? textbook example? are you even listening to yourself, dust doesn't jump on textbooks but in practical simulated environments then whatever is discovered is noted down in textbooks not the other way round, and yes they could have done done this in a studio or wherever and simply slowed down the video, but why argue with you textbook boy, you believe everything they say.

  • @azraelblame "and yes they could have done done this in a studio or wherever and simply slowed down the video"

The studio would have to be evacuated of all air and there is no vacuum chamber large enough for that. Furthermore, the height of the "rooster tails" could not be readily replicated on Earth. As the rover goes faster, the dust is more inclined to be ejected at a lower angle, but in order to reach the height in the video, in Earth gravity, the rover would need to be going quite fast.

  • @azraelblame This all comes from Newtonian mechanics, a well-accepted theory (within its limitations) of how the Universe works. On the Moon, a falling grain of dust will behave in a very predictable way. That's because there is no atmosphere on the Moon, so virtually the only force that grain of dust is seeing is gravity. The lack of any billowing indicates this is happening in a vacuum, and one needn't do any experiment on Earth to know this is how it should act in space.

    watch?v=BnKlHgDBjUI

  • wtf is up with the grass at o:oo at the right lol im not a conspiracy theorist but what is that the shadow of?

  • fake no room for rover van allen radiation belts would kill any one traveling above a certain distance from earth. All missions simply orbited earth and did experiments. Astronauts are in rigid mind control

  • This video is slow motion

  • i cannot belive that people believe in this............. Tell me how dit they transport the Lunar Rover on the moon..... i dont get it

  • @dybus87

Grow up...go to school. Don't be a drug-induced bastard, and you will find out how.

  • All you hoax-tards leaving comments.

    Get Lives!

  • Lunar buggies!

  • so many 12 year olds thinking they know science because they watched a show on discovery channel or took 8th grade science arguing about the truth of the moon landing yes weve been there you know why i know because we left the rovers and parts of the landing craft on the moon

  • @CardShark989 I hate when those 12-year-olds come in and disrespect one of humankinds greatest achievements; today's generation is so damn rude it isn't even funny.

"Waiii I is smarta then scientists lol epic hoax-fail ftl wtf" etc etc etc.

Those kinds of kids are a bunch of mannerless brats.

  • @Laurelindo ... what a 3's company laff trak comment. doof broad

  • vtec kicked in yo

  • That's Apollo 16 not 17.

  • I wonder if the rover is still functioning? Perhaps a new battery and a push??

  • @Panzer Buyer the last photo of the buggy from space showed it to be a black campfire looking spot, maybe it blew up? or was hit by an asteroid. so sad to say you will never see a new picture of it on the moon surface.

  • "200kg was the so called weight , give me a break.Even today with our advanced technlogy , tha weight with 36 volt batteries ( litheium ) Would br more and that speed LIARS LIARS LIARS

  • @xfire7

This film has been sped up. Moon hoaxers are amusing, no matter how many times they get their ass handed to them with facts they always repeat the same tired shit somewhere else.

  • What did the rover run on? Not a combustible engine and if batteries, where are they ?

  • funny how a globe like that didnt end up in the smithsonian. very strange indead

  • all you NASA kids dont get your panties in a wad i never said we didnt land on the moon i m just saying i never went to the moon. hey does eveybody know NASA build a fake moon costing 2 million dollars that around 14 million of our dollars and they just threw it away that globe was huge maby 60 feet tall.

  • if fakers wanted to fool you they would use lead file particles for moon dust to get this same effect. they would fall like no air is present and no dust clouds would be hanging. i could do it. personally i think we got to the moon, i also attend church regularly.

  • @datzfast

6/10. Next time leave the church part out. It made it too obvious.

  • @bulshoy he he i was kidding about the church its from the movie the right stuff the astronaut is asked how often he attends church and he says regularly.

  • Wow, that's amazing!

  • man never went to the moon ...and never will, its a cold hostile place. Thats why no one has ever photographed the `debris` ( including the rover) that is supposedly still up there. Do your research its all a lie.

  • @marshalllucky The vast majority of the world's greatest scientific minds have done their research and they all conclude that the Apollo missions were a real achievement. I would believe them before any hack on YouTube.

  • @Synthetrix the fact that you are gullible enough to believe any official propoganda just because it is endorsed by scientific minds who are funded by the same people who perpetuate the lie. Join the dots and free your mind, once scientific minds told us the earth was flat and the sun revolved around the earth.

  • @marshalllucky Sorry, but it's the sort people who said that the world was round who took us to the moon. Not the other way around. The Apollo moon landings are fact, disputed only by crackpots and the ignorant. Which one are you?

  • @Synthetrix If not automatically believing propoganda and being in control of my own mind makes me either ,then I am both. It doesn`t however change the truth that man never went to the moon ;-)

  • @marshalllucky

    ... oh my god. Ignorance...

The idea that the earth was flat hasn't been commonly excepted since the fourth century BC. The first 'scientific paper' to say the earth was flat was published in 1838 by Englishman Samuel Bierley Rowbotham in a 16 page paper with a really long title that I'd say, but it would make me run out of characters. Nobody took that paper seriously. The most commonly accepted shape that wasn't round was 'a pear'.

So, before you say stupid things, research it.

  • @AmunRa1 awwww bless you!, you meant to write `accepted` but you wrote `excepted` get your own house in order before you criticise others. PS man never went to the moon ;-)

  • @AmunRa1

Meh, I've never been good at spelling. I'm more for math, and sciences and history than literature.

You also used a comma right after an exclamation point, and capitalization is nonexistent in your posts. So while I misused a single word while filling up the limit, your punctuation sucks.

Get your own... house? Wow, jumping right to conclusions, huh? I actually live in an apartment now until I graduate. Also, unlike you... I'm scientifically and historically literate.

  • jajajajajaaaaaaa is FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The human cant go out of this world. Radioactive van halen zone !!!!! Im sorry for my english!!!!!!!!!

  • @eavinci

Apparently when you pass through the Van Halen Zone you are exposed to large amounts of HARDCORE ROCK AND ROOOOLLLL!

Unless you're talking about the Van Allen Zone, in which case you're exposed to radiation, which can be largely blocked by a layer of aluminum and/or tin.

  • This Rover looks to be rather heavy ( 200-300 lbs ??? )Surely, to have this much extra weight heading towards the surface would mean some serious modifications to the LEM. Larger engine? more fuel? bigger fuel tanks?

I have looked all over the videos, but still see the same old LEM.They just pop the trunk and roll out the Rover.......

  • @likealaff fuck me how old are you do some reserch ggaaaddhh!!!!

  • while one part of peoples will believe that people never beenon Moon, that pyramids are made by aliens and that some god just spawned everything,

other part will have an amazing adventures, researching the nature, human achievements and maybe someday achieving something grand themselves.

  • @EdTheBadass

    Or somewhere in between.

  • @santotot It was folded up on the side of the descent module. Search on YT for 'rover deployment' and you can see how it was assembled.

  • LOL, conspiracy theorists are hilarious.

  • The sand or dirt should be going six times higher than on Earth. That goes as well for when the astronauts are shuffling along, kicking up sand. It looks exactly like someone on ( the dry part ) of a beach, kicking up sand, or someone kicking up snow walking through the snow.

Physics textbooks wriitten BEFORE this event state specifically that profectiles would go SIX TIMES higher on the moon, than on the Earth. This is why the moon landing is not discussed in physics textbooks.

  • ACtually, when you work the math properly, it's more like two and a half times higher; It'd actually be sqrt(6) times higher.

  • @samsoneffect Oh no, it is six times higher. The "g" is by itself in the denominator. Now, in physics textbook written before this event, there is a specific statement about projectiles on the moon ----- that they will go six times higher.

The gravity on the moon is very slightly less than 1/6 that of the Earth, so it would be slightly higher than six times.

  • Daggummit, working it out in my head, I do believe you're right! Thing is, compare dust being kicked up by the LRV at about 8 mph to what would get kicked up by a car on earth going 8 mph. THat's why you don't see much dust being kicked up.

Also, the moon landing isn't discussed in a lot of physics textbooks because most of it isn't really relevant to the subject you're dealing with.

  • @mooninquirer

Yes, but the sand is acting like it's in a vacuum, and last time I checked, we don't live in a vacuum environment.

  • @AmunRa1 How is the sand acting like in a vacuum ? You see the "rooster tail" shape it makes ( that was described by the astronauts as looking like a rooster's tail ). THAT is because the dust kicks up, then it slows down as a result of air resistence, and falls down. It does NOT make a perfect parabolic arc like it would in a vacuum. You can SEE the clouds of dust billowing up.

  • @mooninquirer

You obviously haven't used a buggy in the sand dunes before. That's not even close to how sand works in an environment with air resistance. The rooster tail doesn't show up on earth.

I would explain this more scientifically, but after looking at your channel, I can see that you're already batshit insane and I would only be wasting my time.

  • @AmunRa1 Without air resistance, the dirt would make a perfect parabolic arc. On Earth, it would only be parabolic for course gravel, but finer grains of sand and dust would be slowed down by the air, forming the rooster tail. You know very well that this video does not in any way show that the moon landing is real ---- it is just the opposite.

  • @mooninquirer thats correct. i see no parabolic motion only rooster tails. of couse if you ask NASA they will call a rooster tail a parabolic shape. Look how many thumbs up mainframe1981 has see they have been a busy bunch.

  • @datzfast Thanks for the corroboration. This video was by a NANA propagandist, FOR propagandists. They are taking the art of bare-faced lying and language twisting to a new level. This is much worse than Bill Clinton's statement " it depends on what the meaning of 'is' is." Bill Clinton was actually a victim, anyway, and would not have suffered any political or media castigation had he gone along with PNAC with a war in Iraq. ( Bill Clinton also believes the moon landing is a hoax. )

  • To all those conspirasists:

LRO has seen the landing sites. You can physically see the LM descent stages. And the footpaths. AMERICA LANDED ON THE MOON!

  • Oh no, you cannot ! All you can see are black spots on a gray background. NASA claims that the black spots are when the LM pushed dust out of the way when it descended ---- yet we see absolutely NO disturbance whatsover under the LM is any of the photos ---- not even a speck of dust on the pads !

  • @mooninquirer If you knew your physics, you would know that the thrust from the engine bell spreads out "fairly quickly" , there's no atmospheric pressure to "contain" the engine thrust, like on earth. If you look at several of the videos during the final parts of descent, you can see dust being blown "everywhere". And the lunar regolith is extremely rigid! Hence why the engine didn't blow a huge crater into the surface of the moon..

  • That's so cool! The dust goes straight up, and arcs straight back down again, without hanging in the air (so to speak) at all.

Dang those guys were lucky. Sure, they worked hard to be there, but dang.

  • Thats because there is almost no atmosphere on the moon. Nothing to hold dust in suspension, as we have on Earth, and on Mars and Venus.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow 40 years later and THE WHOLE FUCKING WORLD missed something that you, JUST YOU have thought of. The lunar lander is too small to carry the moon buggy.

Like it hasn't been explained a million times.

  • Never heard of a piss take cockhead?

  • The Lunar Rover unfolded from the LEM. I watched it happen 40-years ago, when I was in ther 3rd grade.

  • yeah ur intelligence, try opening a book.

  • Removed my comment it was n reply to someone else,it was a piss take.

  • Go suck the Rothchilds balls you dumb ass.

  • Ahaha ! Would dust make a curve that points toward the vehicle if there is no atmosphere ?

    Ejection--->Compression--->Aspiration

    :)

  • AMERICA

    FUCK YEAH!

  • @gekko

Because there's no atmosphere that decelerates the dust.

  • It's only moving a few miles per hour the dust is going plenty high compared to Earth gravity. More hoaxturd logic and video misinterpretation.

  • "wouldnt the dust got up 6xs higher than on earth"

six times higher than 'what' would on earth?

  • Why do the sands fall on the ground so quickly ...likewise on the Earth

  • FYI dust stays in the air in Earth because air resistance keeps them from going down. In this video you can clearly see all the dust goes downwards immidiately.

But you wouldn't notice because you apparently live on Mars.

  • Please post a video clip of sand behaving like that on earth.

  • sorry ass trolling attemp, and u actually contest the hoax claim, because at vacum there is no air to slow down the dust fall...

  • why the antenna??

  • communication of course

  • That was the Apollo 16 rover, they didn't shoot the 15 and 17 rovers from the outside. Charlie Duke was the cameraman, John Young was driving.

  • wtf?

  • These rovers were left on the moon. Why can't someone take pictures of them with a telescope. It wouls stop all the conspiracy theorists

  • They have.

  • I don't believe they have. I've never seen any.

  • You should look up the LRO.

  • The LRO has been taking some very nice images of the landing sites...

lroc. sese. asu. edu / news / ?archives / 98-First-Look-Apollo-12-and-Surveyor-3-.html

  • Not many people know this, but the Lunar Rover was equipped with a horn which played "Dixie" like the "General Lee" car on "Dukes of Hazzard," but John Young kept using it everytime he hit a big bump so NASA refused to put in on any other ones.

  • @2400bc Hilarious! Is that true? That must have been funny! But it seems a bit pointless to install it though, since there is no air on the moon, so unless that tune was transmitted from a radio on the rover, back to earth, or through the headset of the snoopy cap that the astronauts wore, nobody would hear it, since its impossible to hear anything in a vacuum.

  • Not fake at all! The way the dust is kicked around shows that it's only possible at a surface with 1/6 gravity.

  • @mainframe1981

Correction: A surface with 1/6 of the earth's gravity and no air.

  • @mainframe1981 what if the surface is covered by special artificial dust?! it could be

  • @mainframe1981 everyone that believes they did not go to the moon should watch the bbc documentary called "James May on the moon"

  • @mainframe1981 READ THIS!....... ONLY JUST THOUGHT OF THIS. THE MOON LANDER WAS ONLY JUST BIG ENOUGH FOR THE ASTRONAUTS TO FIT IN WHERE THE FUCK WAS THE MOON ROVER STORED LOL PURE BS

  • @dhudson369 You're hilarious!

You think this there was no room for the rover and nobody else, out of all the people on earth, spotted this obvious"flaw" until you did just now, 40 years later!

Stop it, please!! You're killing me!! Hahahaha.

  • @mainframe1981 Wait, how does the show it's only possible under 1/6th G? Are you talking out of your ass? Look at the pictures of the lunar rover on NASA's website, please explain how there are no tire tracks anywhere around it?? Because it was lifted in by a crane. Please don't be one of the idiots who thinks man went to the moon.

  • Hang in the air? What air?

The dust travels slowly in perfect parabolas, exactly as you'd expect with no air and low gravity.

  • You've obviously never driven a buggy on a dusty surface. Because if you had you'd notice that it is nothing like what you've seen in that clip.

  • This 16mm film movie at 24fps was actually taken on the Apollo 16 mission by Charlie Duke. The rover was driven by John Young.

  • imagine driving that , there?

  • WEll that's pretty much what the Astronaut did. Imagining.

  • Hey, those rovers are still up there, just in need of a new set of batteries (assuming that there's no major meteoroid strikes). And I have a link to the operator's manual on my page.

    Project Constellation, anyone?

  • im with ya... just hope there are no traffic cops up there because i plan on having a couple beers first!

  • any know how they got the rover up their?

  • The Lunar Rover folded in thirds and fit in a triangular shaped cargo bay on the bottom of the Lunar Module. A vid here on 'Tube shows it being deployed/unfolded on the moon. Search "Deploying Lunar Rover".

  • They lowered it onto the moon from the Earth using a very long piece of rope.

  • The Moon is above so they really used a very long ladder

  • I think radial passenger tires were derived from the development of the steel/radial design of these lunar rovers (back in the early 70's).

  • Krokus... The lunar rover tires were stainless steel mesh. There was no internal air pressure... only the deflection of the metal mesh from which the tires were formed.

  • Satweavers is right, im looking at a high res photo of the rover on the moon right now and it is obvious that is is wire mesh with some kind of metallic support on the inside.

  • how can this video be so simillar with the apollo 16 lunar rover ? (npARfNtO7u8)

  • Same kind of rover...same kind of space suit...same moon...

  • It is almost equal, but not equal. Maybe two shots taken at the same time and included in different missions ?

  • When people use the fact that there are no stars as proof it was hoaxed, just remember this was in the 70s, so camera quality wasn't that great.

  • No stars are visible on Shuttle missions or ISS footage either. Just a case of aperture and exposure time. The HoaxTards don't have any other evidence. The "No Stars" CT is good enough to fool the more stupid Hoax Believers. <95 IQ types anyway. LOL!

  • That was not Apollo 17. It was Apollo 16.

  • 100% proof man went to the moon, the dust is not blowing around like it would in air, even still air.

  • @lamnaa i dont see any wind effect, but in another video when one dude falls down lunar dust moves 20 feet in the wrong direction so who really knows.

  • cool video but play time too short.
