Not all of the cards in that series were EX cards.

Although you can only use the trainers if they were reprinted in the new sets.

No, but at regionals there was, I was using one, and Im gonna change my deck to make it more of a galactic deck.

For Regionals, it was Dialga G/ Mewtwo/ Giratina deck. Im gonna take out 13 cards and try and make it more of a Team galactic Deck, probably try that Toxicroak Skunktank Poison Combo.
