Heartbreaking! (yep, I cried...) But just goes to show what a wonderful, versatile actor, Mr. Martin Shaw is. And, all credit to him, and to the other superb actors for dealing with such a sensitive subject.

Life never has been, nor never will be - a bed of roses - and it is good for us to be reminded of this fact - and not hide from it.

Well done on this vid, ILWB - and for taking on the task of such a difficult subject.

That's a very good question, I don't actually know who the baby was and am not sure if he is credited in the film. I will have to check!!!

I have a 20 year old son. I couldn't finish the movie, and I couldn't finish this vid. You did too good a job. And so did Martin. It'd be a perfect world if no young man ever had to experience this. Well done S.

Oh, bless your heart, Jaicen. You've got me reaching for the hankies again now. I know what you mean about not being able to finish the movie, but I felt compelled to keep watching. It was one of the most moving films I have ever seen, made more so because it was a true story.

Oh my god... I really got in tears. And that doesn't happen often. Another film added to my list of "must get" - this time, as a tribute although I still consider myself a pacifist.

I'm a pacifist too Finn, and this was a hard film to watch. I struggled with the best way to do it justice in a video, and decided in the end to focus on the struggles of the character Martin plays. I'm glad you liked it, I feel the music played its part in helping to explain his story.
