Yeap... probably it wasn't trasmited fully live, but with a considerable amout of time for the people to get the image computarized and then they painted it digitally with the same software used to colorize the black and white movies. Besides, she was wearing a very special red color suit, her make up had an intense red tone and even her hair was more red toned than ever, so, near people wasn't using red tones, and they just used a chroma key like effect (something like green/blue screen). ^^
