I asked my psychologist what a 141 IQ was. Mine is 141 as well. He said we don't bother to test above 140, unless it is for a specific task, as in a 10 year old kid to be a topologist or something. So 140 just means over 140. It takes days of testing to pin down an IQ like 145, 155, 171 etc.
