@sodorstudios The bottom parts of the takealongs are plastic not metal. In the US we have a different gauge then the UK and all of europe do. You could use the marklin wheel sets, but if you are in the us they will derail at junctions.

@ThomasAndFanboy12 No,but you can try. I have done that with stepney but the wheels are isolated with a piece of plastic and sometimes the set doesn't fit under the chassis because of that piece .

marklin wheels are unisolated .

If you look good you sometimes can see it.

@ay76 motorising all engines is very difficult to do . But if you want to see motorised Thomas trains you should look to the channel of topkazfatt.
