I like your rice ball recipe. To make things easier I would mix the peas, mozzerella and the meat together and then stuff the rice ball. It was a pleasure watching your video. Thank you for posting on YouTube.

There was a pizzeria near me that would cut them in half after they fried them and put sauce and mozzarella on top a bake them for a few minutes. I will be trying your recipe. Thanks!
