How Not To Be Annoying on an Art Site Part IV

This whole series is very entertaining, and oh so true. XD

Anyway, some ideas are Mary Sue OCs and poorly-executed canonxOC pairings. I have multiple OCs and a canonxOC pairing. I can't say with 100% certainty that my characters aren't Sues, but at least I'm trying to fix them. And with CXOC pairings, don't just slap your author avatar with your favorite character, have them fall in unrivaled love at first sight, and make them have sex every other scene. Make your relationships believable!

I have to put up a few ideas: saying that something that you don't like is either spam or gay. It just shows idea what either are. Seriously, if you're able to just thumbs down, there's no reason to push 'Spam'. Another thing is deciding you can say that someone shouldn't use the only program they can use. When I first started up on dA, I only had MS Paint, and my first deviations got a single comment coming from someone who thought it'd be funny to say that I sucked because of it.]

I had a commission bug me every day of my vacation when I told them I'd be gone for a week and wouldn't be able to work on their picture, I told them this before I went on vaca and they where all "ohkay no prob!" I got back home and came back to my inbox full of hateful notes from that person. I could understand if I hadn't of told them but seriously... needless to say they backed out of their commission.

One worded comments drive me insane. "awesome :) , cool." Or similar comments like "that is awesome". :( I don't like getting those. I also hate getting notifications of 29 favs. Comments mean a lot to me if I get a nice long comment on what they like about my artwork.

Something annoying people looking for artist who does commission and say, If you do so note me! I mean what's so wrong with a simple comment on your page? especially because you're just showing them what you have and after if they want so they can note if they prefer Oo But when they reply to the comment saying "note me", you'r just like... I just told you what I had to say....

some artist as well put on so many, unrelated keywords, it's very annoying when looking for something.

@AiAnaconda It's easy for a comment to get lost in the pile, notes stand out a little more and it's typically info that shouldn't be roaming around the internet if it's paypal addies or mailing addies.

one thing that i find really annoying is when people start noting or messaging you saying : "watch me!!1!!" or "you should check out my stuff!!!" And when ever i see that i get a note in my message box im so excited thinking i got a commission when its just another person advertising to me.

I can't agree with the love part, because I find myself enjoying these kind of pictures... Because most of the time, they end out being really good... Because the artist is inspired by the love he/she is living... But anyways, what I hate in love art is personal pictures and stuff; Don't. Draw. Your. Girlfriend. Naked. You should do a part where ppl who keep moving accounts.I get sick of journals with ppl saying they are moving to this account and then a week later they go back to their old account an so on.Also theres another one where there's an artist saying they are leaving DA 4ever becoz ppl are being dickheads ......and then later they say they are staying ,this has a happened with a particular artist ...I ended up unwatching that person coz i got sick of it.

First of all they say about why the name is misspelled or if i got mixed up, which is okay if they don't yell at me about. Artists are not perfect beings of the world XD. I had someone yell at me because i Post Dib's name as "Dib Membrane" (from invader zim) and I did fix it, abd had a person tell me it was wrong nicely. Yes. I agree.
