Every time i do this my xbox gives me a disc unreadable message. Is this one of those thing that they put into a game then cut it at the last minute but some hacker figures it out any ways?

@marc19957771 Its a mod, note it says press E to pick up weapon, which means its on PC and by doing that on your xbox will get a disc fail, just dont keep trying otherwise you will brake the disc or the lent
