Dancing Jack Sparrow is a character that adds in music from the Pirates Of The Caribbean ride at Disneyland. The musical notes are the same from the banjo guy. This is like Herobrine.

The reason why singing Jack Sparrows in the game is because at the Disney World in Florida they have the official Pirates boat ride and if you listen closely the beat to what he sings is "YO HO YO HO A PIRATES LIFE FOR ME". Plus the game is made by Disney so it just makes it even more of a funny aspect of the game. Also I have a question their is an achievement/trophy to play as all extra toggle characters what do I do?

@JoKeRZ3irty7 yes there is a extra toggle achievment and once you buy extra toggle over the river in the port, I just went in the first level on free play and kept switching to every character (make sure you turn toggle on) but once youve been everyone in the 1st level than save and exit, then go to lvl 2 and do the same thing and keep doing this on each level until you get it
