You just have to make sure you don't use cheep shampoo and conditioner, like some brands that have 2 in one, isn't good decision. Head and Shoulders is good and Dove.

i like silicone products cuz they make my hair smooth but I have a lot of trouble washing it out even when I clarify. What do you recommend for silicone build up to make sure you have gotten it all out?

my hair if i leave in leave in conditioner makes my hair greasy and frizzizes it 10000 times more!!!! ive tried everything!! today my hair was so smooth and shinny but i have no idea what i did! when i try to make it not frizzy and curly it curls and frizzes but when i dont try its fine! i cant go a whole day without putting my hair up because when i step out side it frizzes up! blow dryers kill ur hair and makes mines more frizzy!

what I do is shower and wash my hair at night, blow dry, and as you sleep on your hair, it'll settle down. My hair also gets crazy usually but not this way. The next morning, my hair is smooth and no flyaways...with NO products whatsoever
