  • My heart goes out to Mr. Petit. He's a class act. I have so much respect for him and how gracefully he's dealing with unthinkable tragedy.

  • I could never forgive for that, never. I just could not do it. That's how I feel about it folks.

  • @VeronikaElectronika1 But, nobody asked you.

  • @Asadsaify2 Haha! THAT'S what you tube is for! No one has to ask me!! THANKS!

  • God forgives those that are Worthy of forgiveness. You aint Entitled to it. These two dummies just threw their souls away. They are definitely Candidates for the Fire.

  • he is lucky he didnt die in such a brutal way but deep down he probably wishes he died also, suffering is worse than being dead, i dont think he'll ever be the same ever again and he always needs to think about how his loved ones died so violently

  • God will forgive anyone who wants to be forgiven. God created all, thus he created evil. He also created us and gave us the ability to choose between high (civilized) road or the low (barbaric) road. We have the choice to either be good or to either be evil. The biggest problem, I feel, in society is accountability. No one made these two men rape, pillage, and murder a family these decided to do it and they damn well should be held accountable for their actions. God may have given us the choice

  • @Icreamsickill Sure... Keep telling yourself that

  • @Icreamsickill Here is the problem in your logic. Believing in religion and god is a school of thought based on faith; and faith is the belief in the absence of evidence. You make God sound like a human being with a social security and a day job, if God does indeed exist, that means "God" is everything inclusive of all the good and the evil in this world. By the way, "forgiving" is only a bypass of human civilization.

  • I just know (for I serve a God much wiser than myself) that there is a place of retribution for a case like this. Those three women are now in heaven and everything is beautiful and amazing. They are at total peace now and they await the arrival of their father and husband. The two men that did this horrible act have a place waiting for them where they will make retribution for what they have done.It will not be pretty. God hates those two men's actions!

  • @Bizzarecorpse Well your right for the most part. Police are decorated more than they deserve. Theirs been plenty of times where I've serviced an alarm system and I didn't put it on test and the police came and I came to the door wi No I'd and Told them false alarm and they didn't check my ID and they left. Theirs still some good cops out there.

  • I'm not saying the victims deserved this for not getting a system by any means but it could of seriously changed the outcome and this guy could still have his family. I can't imagine his pain. I can't imagine what keeps him going either.

  • @stevens087 Only a firm belief in God, my friend!

  • @ psyjpg and others yes you are correct they do have to arm it. However their is a silent distress code on all alarms they can press that will silently alert the police. @ lolitathebitch I agree with you 50% but they make systems now with remotes and glass break sensors instead of motions so you can roam around as you please anytime of night.

  • @stevens087 Does it really matter ?? The police were notified before they were killed an like cowards waited outside !!! Im sick of cops these days.My grampa was a cop in the 50s an he said for example the virginia tech massacre the 1st cop on scene would risk his life running in an taking that animal out.Same in this case..Cops now ticket us more, never risk there lifes,an get more respect then they used too..There supposed to get respect cause they risk there lives for us !!

  • forget the death penelty i would let docter penit take a gun straight to both there heads those freaks.

  • Komisarjevsky, the second guy that was tried, was found guilty today. On all counts. He was convicted of 17 charges, including 3 counts of murder, 4 counts of kidnapping, and charges of burglary, arson and assault.

    Sentencing will be Oct 24th.

He'll get the death penalty, as he should.

I would have to think really hard to come up with a crime more heinous than this one. This bastard raped the youngest daughter. And he helped set the house on fire. I would gladly give him the injection myself.

  • this is a good example where the death penalty is appropriate

  • This wouldn't of happened if they had a security system

  • @stevens087 You're right but it's not realistic. I have a house and a family. We don't go to bed at the same time and also, we don't always know when what time this or that person will wake up. Remember, the second you put your foot on the floor, the alarm goes off. I, like 99% of the people who own a house, put on the alarm when I leave my house and lock it. You seem to be blaming the victims for this...THEY DID NOTHING WRONG.

  • @stevens087 your kidding right?

  • @stevens087 Not quite. You need to arm it, also.

  • @stevens087 But the police knew they were being held an they cowared outside !! So whats the difference ??

  • TO FORGIVE IS TO SUFFER EVEN MORE .....I'D SLIT THEIR THROATS FROM EAR TO EAR & LEFT THEM BLEED TO DEATH!!!!

  • I really hope there's a hell, death is not enough for those 2 scum. They deserve an eternity in torture.

  • @MikeJones1989 These are the types of things that make me wish there was a hell for the f***wads. Unfortunately, what happened to that little girl proves there is no god at all.

  • "I think forgiving the essence of Evil is not appropriate."

    Amen, Mr. Petit.

  • I was never Oprah's fan. I saw this interview by accident. I couldn't believe how stupid and idiotic questions she asked him through whole interview - like: "What you felt after they told you they're all dead. What you think they felt before they died...." Like she've been nudging a stick into wasp's nest. I can't understand why this woman is so popular in America. I saw couple of her interviews and for me she is just clever manipulator of people with low IQ . She reminds me sectarian.

  • @Lucifera1011 I agree with you! I have never been a fan of Oprah. It is the silly women who made her famous by watching her stupid show where she gave bad advice all the time. Speaking of stupid questions, she had the nerve to ask Michael Jackson if he was a virgin. I can't believe this woman is regarded so highly, she does nothing in my opinion.

  • @Pllm30 Wow, she did really ask him this?! I bet she tries to hide her stupid questions behind "viewers' interest". I saw couple of her shows, because I tried to understand why she is so famous. Still don't know. When I saw some hysterical reactions of audience ( when she "gave" them some gifts or she announced somebody famous arrival ), I thought they must be under drugs, totally stupid or paid.

  • Dr. Petit is a beacon of strength and courage. One more trial to get through for the Hawke and Petit families. We know what will happen. Such a shame we need to go through the trial. Hayley would have been a Dartmouth graduate right now getting ready to take on the working world in medicine. Michaela in high school and Jenn would have been helping others. Oh, what might have been.......

  • And to think that some people accused him of being an accomplice. As if he hasn't already been through enough

  • @DutchessofCantia he wont be happy again
