One big problem with this. Evidence. There is evidence that this was a murder considering one cannot inflict multiple shots to the head at once, and proceed to stab oneself. One gunshot wound could be an accident, or a stab to the chest. The multiple shots and differing size shoe patterns point to murder.

What is most ironic is that one who ignores evidence for a pre-supposition tends to be a creationist.
