If the speaker is willing to rename it to "SLOW-train" then I'll support 1A.  People for the bond measure are believing their own lies or simply mis-informed about the rail project. Research it and you'll learn that its anything but HI-speed.

Vote Yes On Prop 1A, or I'll never live in California. the new high speed rail will take hundreds of cars off the highways in California, makes it safe for drivers because if you vote no, we would have to work on the highway system which would creat traffic hazzard in the future, and too much traffic will create, more chance of accident and by 2030 thousands of people will be dead on the highway because of construction will make heavy traffic worse and causes the biggest accident in the history
