  • the underground system in bkk is a world away from the sardine cans we call trains in london. I got on the tube the other day and could not believe the heat, it must have been over 100 degrees, aswell as being filthy and cramped. On the thai subway there is air-con on both the trains and the platforms, the carriages are wider, you have mobile reception and it's quiet enough to hear yourself think. which one is supposed to be the developed country....?
