isnt blowing up? When folded correctly you should have (as shown) a small hole in one end. You could try pulling the sides out a bit, or useing a pencil to make the hole more revealed. Also, dont be gental, really fill it with a strong amount of air.

yeah, thanks for the help. I settled on the pencil idea bit it just made it even harder to blow up and keep in shape. Don't worry, i'll get it one day in the not too distant future.
