Anyway I've read the book for several times and I don't think this scene was mentioned in the book. Why did they add this?

They added it because they felt that HBP was a little little in the action in the middle of it, so its there as a pacing device and to keep the non-fan audience awake lol

I think it's just replaying in his mind, what she said after she killed him. And he never got a chance to get over it.

Plus, I think we ALL know Harry's more than a little impulsive.
