i went 2 yrs ago and it was one of the best weekends of my life it was so life changing ! wish i was going agaain! hope its as amazing as it was 2 yrs ago
I was there too! It was so amazing and it's true, you don't come back the same person!! The whole experience is just beyond words. You are just so engulfed in your faith the entire weekend and you see some 20,000 other kids just so fired up about their God and their faith. I know, I have a necklace I got from NCYC and I still wear it everyday to remind me that that is the attitude I need to have all the time and that I need that focus on God everyday! I can't wait to go back in 2009!!!
If you are graduating from high school this year (or have already graduated), talk to your youth minister about going to NCYC as a college student. College students are allowed to attend as "young adult leaders." I'm hoping to go in 2009, and that would be my 4th NCYC!
