In the Don't Forget album her voice was more hard rock & the Here We Go Again album her voice was more soft with a touch of rock beat in the background:). I mean miley can sing but her voice isnt exactly what you woul call amazing.
If she auditioned for american idol they would tell her she has the talent but she needs to practice more.

My friends are creating their own web show... they were origionally having Get Back for their theme song, but I will ask them if they would like this instead, it is a lot better because it's a blend of all the good songs. I am their technical producer so. ...yea xD
