  • It takes about a day for the jello to turn nice and firm in the refridgerator.

  • This time, I did a gingerbread spice tea jello. I did 4 cups of tea infused well during 12 minutes to smell well the steams of the tea. I added 4 ounces of sugar and as well 4 tablespoons of gelatin as I mixed well in the tea. I poured into my pyrex mould and I then put the whole in the refrigerator hanging a few hours, until the whole is well. This time, unlike my first recipe; I had no hard crust of gelatin at the bottom of my mould. The whole was a success and delicious!

  • I did my first recipe of green tea's jello, approximately two weeks ago. I did it such as indicated with 4 pounchs of gelatin for 4 cups of green tea and I poured it into a big pyrex rectangular mould .

Once it was ready, when I cut it, I had a slender hard crust of gelatin at the bottom of my mould that I had to remove before serving. The rest of the jello was OK. 4 pounchs it was too much???

  • I love Russian Earl Gray!
