This woman was confronting her stepson, about his biological Mom's action : letting the two children in the video go to the lake unsupervised. The other child being the "Screamer's" Biological son.
This video was later used in a court case, although I am not sure of the outcome.

THis reminds me of the time I was at my friend's house and this kid's stepmom drove up to cuss us out because he hadn't come home the night before and she found a bag of pot in his backpack.
