  • how big is the home for the monitor?

  • i had a monitor lizard when i was younger, they are sweet as long as you dont make em mad if you do woo boy you better watch out for the tail haha good times

  • When I was little, used to catch them wild in the desert...they are tiny gentle creatures. Just love'em!.

  • @polocadena That's awesome. You must have had so much fun.

  • @amirandomiam I did but won't deny I did some bad things to some lizards also and I regret it now. Poor little ones! we (humans) are cruel often.

  • @polocadena lucky basterd :P in norway the tiny gentle creatures are not much larger than a fingernail :C absolutely nothing interesting here :C

  • GUY stop the singing

  • that lizard moves like a robot

  • Unnecessary language dude.

I hope you're taking good care of your new buddy.

  • do they only eat ants?

  • i want one . where can i buy em... online maybe

  • ru stupid!!! this lizard ats ants not native to the us and usually live under a year in captivity of house!!! dont do it!!

  • Far too specialized in requirements for even the most serious reptile keeper, try a leopard gecko dude

  • @tagz2012 you will NEVER own a thorny devil even here in aus its impossible

  • how big is that tank

  • It wasn't very big, but at least he could comfortably move around a bit.

  • when i went there was no thorny devil

  • were did u get the thorny devil from

  • it's at sydney wildlife world

  • i want a thorny devil lizard so much.. i am going to go to australia to see one <3 they are adorable!! lol

  • nice monitor :)

  • He's gorgeous isnt he. It was really impressive to see him up close and personal.

  • can u get theme in petco....

  • HA, I doubt it... but hey, they keep adding more and more species to their mini glass boxes, so you never know.

  • Thorny Devils, probably not but the monitor, yes. (Species varies though)

  • lol ahaha i wish

  • thorny devil is amazing!!!!! i didn't know of this place in sydney when i went :(

  • I made sure to find out where the zoos where! I'm not much for touristy stuff, but I LOVE animals!

  • are they pets?

  • NOOOO not even exotics try finding 3000 ants for one meal 2 times a day

  • No, they were at a wildlife center in Sydney Australia. Having reptiles as pets might seem fun, but I'm not a big fan of pets that are confined to small enclosures. Just think of how boring it must be for the animal. But to each their own.

  • @amirandomiam but they get fed and get to spend time with their owners its very relaxing for them under the bulb in their enclosure

  • Hey I have been to that same exact zoo before.

  • perentie

  • man the moniter is dangerouse

  • SO CUTE!!!!!

  • love the thorny devil! n the monitor! is it a mulga monitor?

  • No idea. I should have checked...
