Lemon Pound Cake think of something to make Jose not stand behind the camera and have to come over and taste! Enjoy watching your format don't change much!
Those look sooo good! It seems your cookies don't require any rising agents. That is very unusual. And your chocolate looks to be of very good quality. What brand and type of chocolate are you using?

For this recipe you have to use white wheat flour (type 55 in France).

it's would be better if you use electrical mixer...
martiffkyr 4 years ago
To make the dough manualy or with the special food processor in position slow speed, it's better for the final taste and texture.

I want to try this!
But what flour should I use plain, corn or self-rising.
Sorry for asking such silly question but I've never baked before.
corn2head 4 years ago
For the cookies you have to use simple wheatflour.
Chef Mary
Joselite2007 4 years ago
Looks lovely. Pity we can't smell your cooking!
You ask for suggestions, well I rub flour on the rolling pin rather than the top of the mixture. Or you could put a bit on both.
MegMerrilies 4 years ago
Yes, you can try to do this and when tell us the result!
