I am a HEYUUUUUUUGE fan of Tim Burton but, goddamit! I laughed so hard at the idea of him directing Lenore. I don't think he could, to be perfectly honset. Sure, it's gothic and stuff but there is something about Roman Dirge that doesn't quite click with Burton. They're both amazing but....I just dont picture it somehow....
heh! I had a dream last night that Roman Dirge helped to direct Sweeny Todd (well, the Broadway version, anyway). It sucked really bad because it was shown in a primary school and they had turned it into a panto. The actors were all drunk. And the storyline had changed! Sweeney was attacked by an octopus and that's what made him vengeful and homicidal. Weird, eh?
