  • That sword is HORRIBLE! There should not be a *clank* sound when you move ANY sword. Either they bought a stainless sword or they got ripped.

  • That sword is only a practise sword, but a good one. It has been used thoroughly, and thus something becomes loose. That is normal, it is a tool afterall and tool wears out.

    Second, with traditional Chinese broadswords, the guard is actually loose, this to absorb the shock it gets from the impact of the opponent's swords.
