Yes, actually. A 3.5oz portion of ringed seal liver contains almost 37,000 IU of Vitamin A. Though it's difficult to determine dangerous doses, the U.S. institute of Medicine suggests that vitamin A intake from supplements (not directly comparable, but a good guideline) should not exceed 10,000 IU daily. A single liver probably won't cause any long-term damage, but it's not a good thing to eat over anything approaching the long term lest you succumb to hypervitaminosis A.
