  • Dr. Paul should read the Preamble to the Constitution since with some protected exceptions such as free speech, the right of well regulated militias to own guns, due process and the rest of the Bill of Rights, THEN there is MAJORITY RULE and if the MAJORITY of American voters want to outlaw heroin, then that is...the law of the land. Now could there be some cases where heroin should be allowed? Yes such as terminal ill cancer patients. But otherwise MAJORITY RULES.

  • Ron Paul wins every debate.

  • I hate how every candidate's view mirror RON PAUL's views when before many have called RON PAUL crazy & a nut-case for standing for the CONSTITUTION-- what hypocrisy! Romney, Pawlenty, Ginrich, Santorum & Cain all quote from & seem to support the constitution but have no previous track-record to prove their promise or defend the constitution. Ron Paul, on the other hand, has a track record of 20+ yrs as congressman voting on issues defending the constitution as testament-- not just mere words!

  • Yeah ron Paul bring liberty back to this country and get rid of big government woo hoo! !!! You got my vote in nj

  • @busbee85

I hear ya . In total agreement - the troops belong defending OUR borders , not on foreign soil.

  • [applause] but.. [roaring applause] but.. I just got owned

  • Serious question... If most people on the internet seem to agree with Ron Paul and would apparently vote for him, why has he not been elected President yet? On election day, he settles back down with a low percentage of votes, and it seems that he never had the support he seems to have had before the votes are counted.

  • @ftheccjake Elections are probably rigged. For the amount of money he brings in. The majority of active military support more than the other candidates. I can't imagine what it's like to be his campaign manager who has to constantly deal with the media blackout of Ron Paul.

  • @busbee85

I agree - there is evidence that the voting machines in Florida were actually rigged by a computer which changed votes ! Get rid of the electoral college , must show ID when you vote , get a copy of a record to show which candidate you voted for - we need more accountability in the flawed voting system . I believe most Americans ARE in agreement with Ron Paul on the majority of issues, but he would change the system too much and the fat cats don't want that .

  • @doogleandalix I agree with you, exept the whole showing I.D. thing. I don't even carry a drivers liscense. We shouldn't be required to have government issued I.D. The national I.D. card is the worst idea ever. Bad corporations will continue to hire illegals as usual because it is already illegal and they do it anyway. The only people that it will affect is law abiding Americans. I don't want to have to carry a freakin national I.D. card.

  • @busbee85

Actually, I'm the type to be totally against more government interference ,but although it is a pain the AZZ and a violation of privacy, if you have nothing to hide and are a legal citizen I guess a national ID card might be a necessary evil in order to insure that the person who is voting is who they claim to be and is here legally , voting once , a registered voter, etc. I can't think of an easier way to achieve that objective , can you ? I wish there was a way without ID card.

  • @doogleandalix thats like saying the illegal blood draws they do in Texas to stop drunk driving is ok. If you don't drink and drive, then who cares if the police stop you in a checkpoint and stick a needle in your arm. All of these things are never for what we are told they are for. It will so nothing to control illegals voting or to stop companies from hiring illegals. Non law abiding citizens or illegals or businesses will continue to break the law. Law abiding citizens will follow the law

  • @doogleandalix Its like gun control. The criminals want us to ban guns. Because they don't care about the law and will carry and use a gun anyway. Law abiding citizens will follow the law. So the only people that are hurt by gun control are law abiding citizens that can no longer protect themselves. The criminals don't care what laws we pass and impose on ourselves. The illegitimate businesses don't care if pass a national I.D. bill, they will hire illegals anyway. Illegals can't vote

  • @busbee85

That's a good analogy - I see your point . I suppose even if we did have national ID cards ,(which I agree is not the best idea) some would find loopholes on how to manipulate the voting system. You say illegals can't vote. Not so sure because there are always ways around that . A guy I work with had a 2nd job at a convenience store - he was shocked how many had 6 food stamp cards in different names . Criminals know the ways we don't :( Locally, a candidate paid some to vote!

  • @busbee85 no ID requirement? How the hell would we know who is voting for OUR elected officials then?

  • @MrRob77 For over two hundred years there was no ID requirement. This is a baldfaced push by the GOP to use a JIM CROW like law to limit many voters who they have never appealed to. Most elections are held locally by people who you already know in your community. So if your brother didn't have a government issues picture ID and you were a poll workers would you be forced to deny him his Constitutional right to vote. The GOP knows exactly what they are doing and it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

  • @ftheccjake Elections win continue to be rigged until we get all the war criminals out of DC!!

  • @ftheccjake well clearly if u listen to many of his speeches the poles are being counted by a count of 50 sumthing people there has only ben 2 poles with acc real american people poles dr paul has won but the powers that be are going to do everything they can to down him down......

  • How to FOX the public? Bring out the phoney pollster Frank Putz to jam the next neocon darling, Herman Cain, down the public's throat via trickery. FAUX followed the debate with Lutz's questions to a 'select group' of observers (i.e. hand picked). Bingo, the majority want Cain! The other covered up secret is that Cain was not only a Federal Reserve guy; he was also on the board of a KC energy company that became part of ENRON. On the compensation committee he dolled out millions to fat cats.

  • the dollar is not going to crash. i owe my debts in dollars and so do most. WAGES of the poor have crashed.

also, the new litmus test for monopolies is any industry that has NOT been affected by the depression. Medicine, "Defense", Pharmaceuticals, and other rigged industries come to mind.

  • @socratic1968 It could, basically all the companies that get massive government subsidies are doing well, and having record profits in some cases. A great deal of them transfer the wealth off shore. Ron Paul wants to address this issue as well as the FED's policies. They printed all this money in order to stifle unemployment. They have this duel mandate to control inflation and keep unemployment low. The money went to the too big to fail companies and unemployment is up.

  • @socratic1968 So yes the dollar could crash if the FED keeps trying to create employment by printing money. It won't work, so Bernake will have to just keep going and printing. The dollar is already weakening very quickly, even though it is the world reserve currency, strongest in the world, but if Bernake doesn't stop, it could. And what does America have left anyway in order to grow in the future. All the technology is made offshore and everything else.Complete service economy is what is left.

  • @socratic1968 The dollar has already crashed. It has lost 90% of its value since the breakdown of the Bretton Woods agreement in the early seventies. The crash is already a done deal.

Your arguments on wages I cannot refute. That's just the facts. Wages have declined in relation to prices not only for the poor but for the lower middle and middle classes.

  • @mongoose704 I know, we are freakin screwed.

  • When is the next debate?

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES VOTE FOR HERMAN CAIN! He is NOT just some lovable pizza guy. He is the former Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He sees no reason to audit the Federal Reserve. I understand now, why FOX News is propping this guy up. Vote for Ron Paul in 2012.

  • @LongLiveOx wow I was not aware of that.He did say that high gas prices were due to speculators, just like Obama says. It has been all over the news that the dollar is basically crashing. This is all due to the Federal Reserves monetary policy. We need Ron Paul 2012

  • Change the minds of Americans Dr. Paul! Makes us believe in America once again. The America of the Founding Fathers! The America of Freedom and Liberty and Justice for All! Return to sound money and take care of America first. Stop policing the World and take care of our own borders. Fight corruption and crime and take down the White Shoe BOYS!!!

  • His ideas are brilliant and simple at the same time. We need to wake up to this. He's the real change, it has nothing to do with color this time. It has to do with policy intelligence and keeping our freedom.

  • he is saying that personal issues should be up to the states. and thats how it should be. i dont consider myself republican because the party had derailed many years ago. this is the only republican candidate i would consider voting for. he has been stressing the same policies for over 20 years, if he was president 20 years ago america would be in much better shape. all the others are just fucking puppets

i dont get why republicans dont get that Mr. Paul is the only true republican running

  • @yakkthegreatt well said

  • @yakkthegreatt You're absolutely right! He says that he's not running for the wrong party but that republicans lost their way.

  • @yakkthegreatt

Amen. I fear he wont win the primaries though. But he honestly is the only candidate who I think can pull off victory and do what is best for this country.

  • @tubo222555 Ron Paul seems like he is trying to attract voters from the left. Even though his views haven't ever changed, he is being very strong on his anti war stance like always, he speaking out against corporatism (fascism as I like to call it) He is also being strong on his anti prohibition stance. All the neo-cons will not go along with it, because they like to regulate personal behavior at the federal level. They want to ban, prohibit, and abolish anything and everything.

  • He was the same way in his last campaign. There isn't really a difference in what he's saying than what he's always been saying. He's just actually being paid attention to now that the "Tea Party" view has become popular, though many of the Republicans that claim the title or even ex-celebrities like that idiot that used to be on SNL, have no clue what ideas Paul founded the Tea Party on.

  • Commentators can act so silly..lol! All Paul says about anything and everything...is that it should be up to the ppl! If the ppl want to wear cowshit on thier head, then let them...that's called freedom, but if one state says no..then that state doesn't do it! Simple! Has Liberty become a mystery?

  • Ron Paul Wins

  • Damn straight Ron Paul! You the man!

  • The only candidate that defends freedom. Also, the only one that calls out the Federal Reserve since they are the real culprit for high gas prices and high food prices (Inflation).
