I was actually asked too by the boat I worked on in order to get photos to show divers 'if you see this, swim the other way - fast'. I'm so used to them now I know how close to get to have them swim at me but not attack...most of the time...

the triggerfish at the time were nesting, being protective of their eggs. if you get within a certain area of the fish they will attack with ferocity. triggerfish attacks have been mistaken for shark attacks until they have measured the wounds.

sharks don't scare me but titan (and yellow margin) triggerfish do
