Too much weight? Are you kidding me? The combined weight of the girls on the horses back is probably a max of 350lbs. If they were hurting that horse every single one of them would have been on their butts. Horses can safely carry 1/3 - 1/2 of their own body weight on their backs. Given the size and musculature of that one, he probably weighs at least 900 - 1000 lbs. If anything he was just annoyed by them scrambling on.

Those girls together is probebly 400pounds mabey... all on the horses back but the horse is probebly 1000 or more pounds itself so it can hold the weight... that horse is a little too green for that though.
For all of you saying they are way to heavy i have to disagree. Horses can hold up to twice their wieght and these girls looked fairly slender and light. I do agree that this horse wasnt ready for vaulting though. And 4 people on one horses back would be pushing it if they were to stay on for long periods of time but if its just on and off and the horse is disciplined properly in vaulting than it should be ok. Just dont do this on such a green horse.

Of course it's vaulting or at least an attempt of doing it :) The horse got nervous indeed, she's not doing what's expected. Therefore vaulting has turned into taming most of the time, and this is why the whole process had become way more funny than it was expected to be :)

Too much weight? Are you kidding me? The combined weight of the girls on the horses back is probably a max of 350lbs. If they were hurting that horse every single one of them would have been on their butts. Horses can safely carry 1/3 - 1/2 of their own body weight on their backs. Horses can't carry up to twice their own weight, a shetlandpony for example, can only carry 50 kilo. A 'normal' horse can carry for about 90 kilo.
