Funddies in the west have bombed abortion clinics and murdered abortion doctors, Gays, Jews, etc and declare its God's will. Yet, when Extremists in other countries do that to Christians, the Christians cry foul. You can't persecute other religions as heathens and then cry foul, when they turn around and declare you to be just as evil as you say they are. At least with television, you are free to change the channel rather than being brain washed in a church where a religious leader spoon feeds you what his version of the truth is. Countless denominations, all with their own truth, King James went as far as to decapitate translators who didn't translate the bible, the way he saw fit. Thats some serious censorship going on there. Extremists in the west kill in the name of God, yet cry foul, when extremists in the Middle East, & Asia do the same.

As someone previously stated, a builder would know where to invest the most money. Often in remodels, you get 80 to 90% of your money back, when you do it your self. However, by knowing what products get the most bang for the buck, the builder can save money and add value at the same time. The builder also has contacts, such as contractors who could build it for him who he can trust. The banker and chief have none of that. The builder can also get stuff at cost, again saving himself money.

Wrong, a banker may be able to buy a big house, but he may not know quality. A builder knows how much house he needs, knows what type of heating and AC, and how he might save a lot in the long run by using green technologies. A banker might buy a house much bigger than he needs to keep up appearances, so he ends up spending much more on the mortgage, taxes, maintenance, heating AC, etc. Such houses may not fall as quickly as lower cost house, but they don't always sell as quickly.
