  • GUYS GUYS GUYS!!! How to have the time of your life.. skip to 3:39 :)

  • if i were a thief or a criminal,i would make sure before i assault somebody, that they dont posses this kind of skills because i would be dead in a blink of an aye lol

  • he's amazing! what caliber is he shooting?

  • I've shot the el presedente twice. First I shot an 8.2 cus i didnt insert the mag all the way. After our group ran the drill I asked for a retry and got 4.8. It's soooo hard. After a day of handgun drills my glock trigger felt like it was a 20lb pull! I'd love to try it with a single action 1911. GO TODD JARRETT!!!

  • I would rather watch 18 holes of this than golf anyday.

  • IPSC shooting, especially the ElPrez is not all about speed. Spray and prey does not go far in this demanding sport. Any international IPSC shooter will average 3-4 seconds on time alone. Do it correctly. Hands in surrender position, use a correct ABCD...IPSC target, add up the score - then we can talk again and see who is really good and the best. Todd can shoot fast and is damm good, but the shooting in this vid is meaningless and just a speed alone show off and easy.

  • @groenduif

THIS. At 7, those steel match "chest plates" are hard to miss. I never see my sights on them.

  • well not really a true elPrez since, he aint shooting a scored target and not standing in the surrender pos.what todd is doing im doing with a stock glock 17 around 5-6secs seconds.

  • Wow. Doesn't even sound like double taps, just one long string.

  • His turn and draw is fu***n awesome!

  • he managed to reload the pistol and continue firing before the first mag even hit the floor...

    he is insane

  • @giguchan

Your right with that.....including the 10 pound trigger.....got to love that shit........i modified my triiger on my M&P and is better than stock......still save to carry though.......thank you Randy Lee........

    MA. Laws STINK!!.......PERIOD

  • @tomeb76

MA? i'll bet they do... and you guys have a giant Bass pro there too..

  • @gogglesux

Yes we do, its a nice place its located in Foxboro MA. The only thing is the prices are so high on the ammo and the firearms as well......what a shame.

  • @tomeb76 I took the boat over from NY one day and spent some big coin there... I has a feeling that i will be doing the same there once again.. shortly..

  • I'd say the most difficult of all that he has to do is change magazines so fast. Amazing.

  • @giguchan STI has the lions share of ipsc shooters. Price etc. Todd has a smith that builds all his guns.

  • Haha! He's such a showman. A great character and a great representative to promote the sport of IPSC/USPSA shooting. Awsome!

    greetings from Finland D.V.C

  • 3:73 nuckle head

  • @saisandoval

That's funny.... at 3:28 in this clip he calims 3.48. You should know that since it is your own clip posted.

    NUCKLE HEAD!!!!!!

  • @saisandoval knuckle.

  • What is he actually doing? Trying to shoot to magazines as fast as possible or something?

  • @yvesofzo

He is drawing his pistol from his holster, turning 180 degrees, starting at the target to his left, placing 2 shots on each target (double tap), working his way to his right thru all 3 targets then reloading, starting again at the target to his left, placing 2 shots on each target again, working his way to his right thru all 3 targets again and ending on the final shot in 3:48. That's fucking fast.

  • @madmaxd1 ok, the dude is just so ridiculously fast that it's hard to see what he's doing!

  • dont fuck with an ipsic shooter lol

  • darn good, what he did in 5 secs i did in almost a minute damn how much money i have to waste just to be half as good as he is, sooooo jealous lol.

  • think about how much money you have saved :) @mhay36

  • Todd is one of the nicest people in shooting

  • So how do I post a video response? or a link?

  • He is the man

  • I think that I will use a 45 to kill.

  • haha wtf?

  • Easily decided by the numbers. The 100% classifier score for 99-11 on USPSA is 10.8012. Given that a perfect score is 60pts, we can figure the time on a clean round to get this score by 60 / x = 10.8012 which is 5.5549 seconds.

  • why don't you guys settle this in a shoot out!

  • Yes, it probably is. USPSA rounds are required to meet a certain "power factor." It isn't truly "hot" but it will be what is called "major" power factor.

  • No doubt Todd is fast. My question is whether his ammo is full powered or not?

  • its not full powered mann atleast i dont think so

  • @goodgod09 well its at least 165,000 power factor to meet major in USPSA

  • @goodgod09 Well it may not be a "Combat Load" by any means, but it had to have a high enough power factor to be able to be used, so it may not be as powerful of a round as you can get, but it is by no means low powered.

  • This dude is awesome!!! I love all his videos

  • ha ha, he clowned you about recording!~

  • wow, that's impressive. So consistently fast! It's no wonder he's an IPSC legend.

  • FAAASTT.

  • Fantastico...............

  • he was doing a speed reload

  • I'm gonna go ahead and say he's doing it SSOOO fast that it's a tac reload. He starts shooting VERY quickly as soon as the next mag goes in.

  • Yo guys I can't tell if he's completely out after six shots then releasing the slide-stop/lock or sling-shotting. Or he's tactical reloading with 6+1.

  • the last one

  • Instead of waiting for the mag to be empty he's just reloading as he moves the firearm back to the leftmost target to start his second pass. This is the most efficient method of shooting the given scenario. Speed is all about no wasted movement. Waiting for the firearm to go empty just requires him to add an extra step into his motions by having to release the slide.

  • It's not about efficiency: The reload is part of the drill, or course of fire. Reloading after 6 shots isn't optional, it is mandatory.

  • Speed reload. He was doing the El Presidente Drill

  • He's doing the El Presidente Drill... it's a common time-trial drill in IPSC. 6 shots plus reload and 6 shots. Most "Master" level Shooters can do it between 2-3 secs....

  • NOBODY ist doing that in under 3 seconds. Grand masters like Todd usually shoot it in about 3,5 secs. Remember: reacting to the beep, turn to the targets, draw the gun, 6 shots on three targets, reload and shoot again 6 shots on three targets. Having 12 hits at 7 yards.

  • Most "Masters" are doing it Below 3 sec and near 2 sec. ? Show me!

  • Comment removed

  • That's not the El Pres, and no one can do it in less than 3 seconds, even with an open gun. Under 5 seconds is very rare.

  • I can't post links. Check your youtube page

  • Try to post it now!

  • REally? I don't even care about this stupid thing anymore. There's some dude that set a record for shooting 6 shoots , reload, and 6 shoots with a revolver under 2-3 secs. Then there's another video of a "LIMITED STYLE RELOAD" where the guy reloads fast enough to catch the falling mag after inserting a fresh one. If yall wanna waste time and argue that it's impossible to do something. Get more time being armchair commandos.

  • Hey aznlonewuff the armchair commando, show us who does the el pres in under 3 seconds clean. you can't. because it is bullshit.

  • Lol hey fasguy45...get a life

  • LMAO dude... I can believe how much your worked up over what i said. It's like either your retarded, have no life, or your parents dropped you on your head. Who gives a fuck if it's possible or not. I mean...why should i spend thousands of dollars building a Open gun and shoot the El Prez w/ light loads under 3 sec. ?

  • @aznlonewuff

I didn't ask you to shoot it in under 3 seconds, I simply asked you to back up your claims that someone did it. A 30 sec internet search should be sufficient. The point is that you are simply wrong, and you should be happy I did you the courtesy of correcting your error.

  • @fastguy45

I like how you deleted the links I sent your page. That should be sufficient to show that it is possible to do it under 3 secs with a finely tuned Open division gun w/ light loads. If Todd can do a 3 sec + with a limited gun, then who knows if it is or isn't possible. It's pretty easy to prove it's not possible and Armchair Commando your way throught isn't it?

STFU and go get a life where ppl talk to you, instead of ppl being incovienced by you.

  • I didn't delete any links. Feel free to send them again or post them here. Your original statement was "Most masters can do it between 2-3 seconds" and now it's just "possible" because you're beginning to see your own BS. The point is that no one does the El Pres in under 3 seconds and if they did they would be IPSC Galactic Champion and everyone would be bowing to their godlike shooting ability.

  • Todd is not doing the El Pres here in 3+ seconds. It requires SCORED ZONES you ham head. Anyone can turn and blaze AT a target (and Todd is good enough to hit the steel) but no one can yet put 12 bullets in the A zone in that time. This is a point your blockhead can't seem to grasp.

  • Fastguy45... your a douche and have fun living in a box

    Jerry Miculik.

  • So "Masters shoot it all the time in 2-3 seconds" but you cannot post a vid, score sheet, or even internet rumor of a SINGLE run. Instead you send out personal attacks. Someone is a douche here, but it isn't Fastguy45.

  • I'm sorry if you live, breath, and fuck IPSC. But damn man...let it go. Get some counseling, stop beating your wife, stop roiding, get some air, and try to get a life where other ppl actually like you because your an awesome guy.... not some loud mouth instigator.

  • Um yes it is, and yes they can.

  • The El Pres has very specific rules and uses paper targets with SCORED ZONES and the A zone is a lot smaller than the steel he is using. It is great shooting, but it is not the el Pres, and you don't know what you're talking about. As for who can do it under 3 seconds CLEAN, post who and when.

  • Scoring varies, it is still El Prez.

I misread the under 3 seconds part, I though you were saying something else, sorry.

  • Not a problem. CM 99-11 is the El Pres as designed by Jeff Cooper.

  • K, I suppose a matter of how specific you want to get. I hold that it is still the El Presidente as some just score hit/no hit as Todd is doing here. Here is a question for you...was the IPSC target even developed at the time Jeff came up with this? It seems as though the drill came first, and the specific CM 99-11 scoring came later, although you would probably have to ask Mr. Cooper on that. Either way, I get your point, as I hope you get mine.

  • I'm not sure of the chronology, but the CM99-11 itself has the designer listed as Jeff Cooper. The reason I said it is "Not the El Pres" is because it was a reply to azlamewulf's original statement "He's doing the El Presidente Drill... it's a common time-trial drill in IPSC"

  • Understood, sorry to disagree in the first place. I thought you were stating this drill was something entirely different than El Pres. It is obviously the same drill and COF, just scored differently than the CM99-11.

  • God damnit he's so fucking good.

  • Oval185, you should gunfight him.. Show him how much he sucks.

  • You can't do it, everybody in the gun world respects todd, if they don't they just hating on him. Even competitors respect respect, great baiting me into replying on an ignorant statement though!!!

  • i like how oval185 is obviously joking and yet someone flags him with a -1

  • You are a true idiot. I am sure you have not seen better.

  • Fully auto-fire in the background!

  • Para 1911's are great guns!
