Good Grief! Gwyn's dad was an Ostler in the mines. looking after the underground horses.

A late past great friend of our family was an Ostler at the New Cross Hands colliery, lived down Meadows Road at Plasgwyn, now demolished and under the A48 dual carriagway run up to its roundabout.
