I have met these ladies, and they are super. However, (by their own admission), they've not been baptized in Jesus' name. I love fire and emotion, but being of the water and spirit is the only thing that will get you in the gate. If you try to come in the gate any other than the word way, you are a theif and robber, You can shout right up to the gate, and he will say I never knew you....Jesus in your name we cast out many devils.....

So are you saying you have to be babtized and have Holy Ghost to go to heaven? What about people on their dealth beds who repent ? Do they not go to heaven? What about the thief on the cross who said " Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom." And Jesus said unto him, "Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. " What about that verse?

As for people on their deathbed, I dont put alot of confidence in deathbed conversions, namely because John 6:44 says, "No man cometh to the Father except the Spirit of God draw him" Its not when you want to come to God, but its when you are drawn.

As for the theif on the cross, he died while the Old Testament was in effect, just as Abraham, Moses, etc. The New Testament plan had not been given. It could not be given until Jesus died.

@1slick812 That is not so. They came to break their legs to speed up death but, Jesus had already gave up the ghost. The two thieves were still alive. I've been baptized in Jesus name but, salvation is applied in the blood not water. The old testament are types and shadows. They applied the BLOOD to the post before they ever came to the water at the red sea. I am not trying to argue.

That verse reads...."Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. " KJV- That dont say you have to get babtized or get Holy Ghost to go to heaven. Getting baptized is a thing to do in following him. Is there a different version of a Bible that you read,cause I dont see it there in my KJV.

John 3:5 unless a man is born of water and spirit, he cannot see the kingdom of god. Romans 8:9 If a man hath not the spirit of christ, he is none of his" The holy ghost was that spirit in the man Jesus. Without the shedding of blood, there's no remission of sin. When your baptized and the name of Jesus is called over you, that is when the blood is applied. Heb 9:22 BTW, I preached the Trinity doctrine for years in your denom. until the Truth was revealed. In the KJV it reads..."Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. John 3:5. Romans 8"9 reads..."But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." What religion are you now? You need to go back to the KJV. Dont read all those other translations my friend.
