@Metrosexualmod27 I thought that at first, but then remembered there are 2 discs to the album. Each disc has a different 'part' of On Vacation - this is Part 1 from disc 1, Part 2 is a much more upbeat sound.
This video clip is also in a video for animal collective. So that means this clip is only used by the best artists in the world :)
