  • Well, no. The United States Congress is bicameral. That means there are two parts: the Senate and the House of Representatives. Senators serve in the Senate. There are 100 in that group. Representatives serve in the House of Representatives, of which there are 435. Both groups make up the U.S. Congress, so you can say that there are 535 members of Congress. Hope that helps clarify things for you.

  • there's no senators in congress.... only representatives...senators are in the senate...hence "senators"

  • Wrong questions . I just got citizenship. You shoudl get newer version of questionire.

  • Most US citizens don't even know these facts.

  • yes there you go my friend 75% of the us dont even know these facts.

  • They have the same thing going on in Australia.

  • But i think thats going to change because they rejected citizenship to 8 afghan asylum seekers and told them to go back home and that the situation in their town was safe or they would have to stay in a detention center indefinately. When they were sent back home they were killed. Its all over the news here.

  • did u meant they were denied asylum? and sent back to their country? u said "They were rejected citizenship" first u need to be granted asylum then you apply for "permanent residence" and then years later "Citizenship"

  • thats your fault. I never graduated college but i know these facts. Get off you tube and read a book.
