Here's what I think will happen on Wii-U, Hideo Kojima will release a Metal Gear Solid HD collection containing the following games-

Metal Gear

Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake

Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (With Twin Snakes scenes included to replace the footage of the original MGS1)

@paulosbruzzi maybe not, maybe yes, but here's the shit. the source code of this game is from silicon knights when they where a nintendo 2nd party developer (there's a contract) miyamotoco-produced so nintendo literally owns half of this project (the silicon knights development, source code and platform bllshit) the other half belong to konami (characters/story/models/cutsc­enes) it might be easier for konami to remake this to make all the paper work... or releasing this for WiiU

I don't think you got it yet. In this particular case, Hideo Kojima is not the only owner of this game. Remember that this game was also developed by SILICON KNIGHTS, Shigeru Miyamoto and Ryuhei Kitamura. This game was developed to be a Nintendo exclusive and the fact that Hideo Kojima wasn't even the director of it means that his will alone is not enough. Plus, there's tons of Nintendo reffernces in that game that need to be removed if they ever consider porting that game.

Like/Hate game for me.

Like: Gameplay is fun. MGS2 AI guards. Great Music

Hate: Cutscenes are a bit overdone (mainly the backflips).

Neutral: They need to put VR Missions in and the "alert" music & the Twin Snakes Main Theme.

@simplyxwilliam i'll never understand why they didn't put the main theme as alternate credits bgm... i mean the armory alert has the motif... but the rest of that is just ambient music... gets boring 10 after the motif plays... and is just beats and noices... or they could have used the full "next generation classic full theme" it was used on the e3 2003 trailer

@simplyxwilliam MGS The Twin Snakes is a good game and I like it in someways, however... I hate that this game has darker colors and HUD than the Original MGS1 and MGS2 that I can barely see shit and have to like raise the Brightness, the slowdowns kill the MGS2 Framerate, couple of the cutscenes from Disc 2 and I hate that Gray Fox one of the coolest characters is voiced by Rob Paulsen in the remake and Super Smash Bros. Brawl after watching Butt-Ugly Martians and Jimmy Newtron.

@SpyengoEen well ther're a couple of issues with this game 1.snake does blackflips and is pretty redicously... like that part he sneak on the liquid/ocelot chat, and he can't do those movements on game play. 2.sometimes people do pretty retarded faces 3.new gamplay in old game design, just shoot everyone in he face and all tension is broken

@MGSmainthemeBACK but here's the things i like: 1 nice looking shadow moses, it looks pretty awesome and lively. 2.mgs2 IA guards, i love when they do the cleaning and bring shields and form up 3. the armory alert theme and the jeep chase gameplay theme.
