Lisa was always my favorite of the Yoga Zone women. A good mix a fresh innocence, with some sexiness. Plus, the way she speaks makes me thing she is just a tad high

Yoga Zone was once carried early in the AM in our area in Pennsylvania. I cannot find it any longer.

I believe the man in this video, and the woman narrating-leading in this video were among those presenting the Yoga sessions.

If this is the woman I remember among the others, I enjoyed her presentation the very best for attitude, personality, and demonstration of technique.

Most of their people did a very good job.

Yoga is an excellent health and life style.

if it is the the yoga zone which i have recently started to watch, then it is on the body in balance channel. it is channel 275 on sky.

It is amazing!
