there is no racism in it ....i see this factories were located century before in England so naturally the communities around them have grown with these factories. So it must be like tradition to follow the foot step of fathers to sons.

@Simon7046 You didn't see many engineers, you saw factory workers and project managers primarily. I assure you there are, though why one's skin colour has anything to do with their technical skill I don't know, Rolls-Royce hires the best of the best irrespective of backgrounds, end of.
