thanx dude for you coment.... I'm the administrator and de only user but i fix it allready thankyou for all your help i had to use regedit i found a tutorial in google.... it works good

yeah thx for the tutorial but my home page is block i cant change it it say some thing like (some settings are controlled by the system administrator)

@bdragonlove79 yes, this means that you dont have an administrator account. are you on a guest account? or is there another account with a password?
