I first found Max to be a fun foil for Terry when he informed her that thier posh night on the town was on Mr.Wayne. She leaned luxuriously back in her chair across from Terry and replied, "SHHWAA-aaaay". I couldn't do it justice in print, but it was hilarious.

LOL! OK ppl.. to clear up the confusion about the Oracle and Barbara Gordon.. they ARE the same person but they live in different DC Universes.. The Oracle is paralyzed Barbara/partner to Helena Wayne/The Huntress in an altenate universe such as the one in "birds of prey".. Barbara Gordon in Batman Beyond is the one that doesnt get injured and moves on to take her father's job as commissioner Gordon to the Batman series known as Batman Beyond..

I think most people have the biggest problem with my comparison of Max Gibson to Barbara Gordon in the Post-Apocalypse/Barbara-is-par­alyzed universe. Of course, everyone also seems to forget that this is my opinion & not actually fact, which is why I get tired of reading comments from ignorant people.

That's a pretty good estimate. Honestly, the title was a joke and not to be taken seriously, because I obviously KNOW that Barbara Gordon was the original Oracle and no one has stood to take over that role. However, I think Max would've made a good (FUTURE) replacement because she is his best friend and the show has shown he'd never let her take over as 'Batgirl,' so this would be sorta like a consolation job or what have you.
