  • are you jesus?

  • You're really good! what brand of KB are you using? Mine doesn't seem as well balanced. The handle spin seems a bit off, but I might just need to get used to it and compensate.

  • Brother Jeff. Have not gotten hurt or bored with this KB stuff. Have gotten stronger at the roots v. stronger at the bellies of the muscles. And the bellies have gotten larger as well. More speed and power and flexion. Thanks for the moto. Semper Fi.

  • He makes it look easy!!

  • nice

  • I wann do this, too. Some advide on which wheigt i should buy would be helpful. I am 75kg, deadlift 140kg, benchpress 115kg. Which KB would be best suited for me? I already have one that weigths 20kgs, but it´s to heavy for these moves. I was thinking somethink betwenn 8 and 16 kg. Help, pls!!!

  • @damuschka

Juggling comes after you're able to snatch the same weight for 10 minutes straight. If even at that. Juggling is probably the absolute last thing you learn to do with KBs.

  • @Honken Hmm... i do crossfit regular in the morning and scale the weight to 75%. In the evening i do MMA. I don´t know what weight i can snatch 10 min straight. But i can do flips, snatches and presses with 20kg KB (i only have a 20 kg KB, but orderd 2x8kg and 2x12kg which should arrive any day). I would like to juggle for the fun and coordination. Main power training still will be regular CF.
