Dude that thing is fuckin clean and bad ass man! I want to do a mini bike chassis with dirt bike rear and front suspension with a big 35hp Briggs V-Twin with straight pipes like yours, but bent up and under the seat, both pipes exiting under the back of the seat. Seat-warmer and super clean-looking, lol. Of course I would have heat shielding under the seat in case she got too hot.

A new engine will cost you no more than 2000 depending where you buy. Yes a lot more than a 5hp B+S, but way cooler. I bought mine used and fixed it up for about 500. You can make anything you want if you just combine a bunch of parts like I did on a custom made frame. Painting it was the hardest part. It's prob idling at 600 rpm and there other vidz of it, check em out.
